When using our services, we process the following personal data:

Login credentials: Password (stored encrypted)
Social media data: When connecting Instagram/Facebook Business accounts, we obtain access tokens for content publishing
Operational data: IP address, login date and time, browser information
Content: Texts and images you generate or upload to the application

3. Purpose of Processing

We process your personal data for:

Providing our services (generating and publishing AI content)
User account management
Communication with users (technical support, important notices)
Service security and abuse prevention
Fulfilling legal obligations

We process your data based on:

5. Data Sharing

We share your personal data only in these cases:

Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram) – only when you actively publish content to your connected social networks. We share access tokens and post content that you create.

We operate AI models for content generation on our own servers. We do not share your personal data with external AI service providers.

Hosting: We use hosting providers in the EU for technical operation of the application. The hosting provider is a processor under GDPR and has access to data only for technical operation purposes, not for their own purposes.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data:

For the duration of your user account
Operational logs are kept for maximum 90 days
After account deletion, data is permanently removed within 30 days

You have the right to:

Access – obtain information about what data we process about you
